  • Refunds: No refunds except for non-receipt of orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • U.S. Orders: Orders received online are mailed within 1-2 days of receipt.
  • Business Name on Statements: “Lily's Baskets Llc” will appear on your credit card statement.


4. International Orders

  • Non-U.S. Orders: No refund on orders mailed outside the United States.
  • Customized Products: International orders are personalized and cannot be resold.
  • Responsibility: We are not liable for lost shipments, tariffs, or customs restrictions.


5. Electronic Orders

  • Software Compatibility: Ensure required software is installed on your device.
  • No Refunds: No refunds for non-software compliance or corrupted files.

Return and Refund Policy


1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gift basket purchase. If you encounter any issues, please follow these guidelines:

  • Non-Receipt of Order: If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We will investigate and promptly issue a refund if necessary.
  • Defective Items: If any item in your gift basket is defective (e.g., damaged during shipping), we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Refunds

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address (not caused by us), we will charge a shipping cost for re-shipping.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on orders mailed to addresses outside of the United States. International orders are personalized and cannot be resold.


3. Shipping Charges


  • U.S. Orders: Shipping charges for orders vary based on destination and weight. Please provide accurate mailing addresses to ensure timely delivery. If your order is returned due to an address issue (not caused by us), a shipping cost will apply for re-delivery.
